  • The guide has comprehensive information for folk groups (music, song, dance) intending to participate in one of CIOFF International Folklore Festivals
  • How to contact a festival
  • The conditions for a group to participate in a CIOFF Festival
  • Transportation, accommodation, and food
  • 'Joining instructions' for the festival
  • The obligations for the folk group and the festival organizers concerning the performances, rehearsals etc.
  • Medical care, insurance, gifts, rest days, discipline, flags, etc.
  • Feedback to CIOFF after the festival
• Festivals Guide (What is required from the Festival you attend)
  • Invitation to the group
  • Confirmation from the group
  • Arrival of the group
  • Responsibility of the festival during the festival
